Payment and refund policy
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
PAYMENT
Once signed up, the client will receive an automatic email with payment option and details. The payment should be completed at least 24 hours before the lesson. In case of the 10 lessons pack, the payment should be completed at least 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson.
FULL REFUND
A client may request a 100% refund* for both single lesson and 10 lesson pack. The request has to submitted at least 24 hours before the lesson. In case of the 10 lesson pack, the request has to be submitted at least 24 hours before the first scheduled lesson. Below you will find instructions on how to submit a request:
- Fill in the termination of contract letter: (SAMPLE CONTRACT TERMINATION LETTER )
- Send it to imatsuccessacademy@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the lesson
- The money will be refunded to your account within 14 days from the request
* Any additional costs related to the refund (e.g. International transfer fees) should be covered by the requester.
PARTIAL REFUND
A partial refund is only possible in the case of incompletion of 10 lessons due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. accident). In such case, the client needs to provide a reasonable explanation in the termination of contract letter (SAMPLE CONTRACT TERMINATION LETTER) to why he/she cannot attend the classes. The refund will be calculated as 30€ x number of uncompleted lessons*.

E-LEARNING PHYSICS COURSE
PAYMENT
Payment should be completed through the thinkific.com website. An automatic email with payment confirmation will be sent to the address provided when singing up for the course.
REFUND
Refunds are not available for this product. If you are experiencing problems with the e-learning course please contact our staff, hopefully we will be able to help solve your problem.
SUMMER COURSE
Payment and refund policy will be available as soon as the date of the summer course is announced.
